The posting

Company Overview: -

  • Basic Up to: $4100 + AWS + VB + Sign-on Bonus + $120 transport allowance if possess own transport
  • Tuas
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm); Alternate Saturday (8am – 12pm)

Your Responsibilities: -

  • Coordinate with the operations team to plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance programmes, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and system malfunctions, and implement corrective action plans to resolve faults and improve reliability.
  • Review and enhance preventive maintenance systems to reduce maintenance costs and optimize equipment performance.
  • Assist the Department Manager and Supervisor in coordinating and supervising daily maintenance activities.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain SOPs, ISO documentation, and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) equipment registration records.
  • Initiate and coordinate Management of Change (MOC) processes for system additions, modifications, and replacements.
  • Train technicians and staff on equipment maintenance, while monitoring 5S and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.

You will need: -

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Min 3 yrs working in mechanical industry
  • Proficient in CAD software, CMMS software, and other engineering design tools.
