Job Summary
Participate in semiconductor equipment installation, testing, and commissioning. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot hardware issues, prepare service reports, and support local and overseas customers, including occasional international travel.
Responsibilities
- Install N2 purge tools at customer factories, ensuring proper setup, testing, and commissioning for optimal operation
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to diagnose and resolve hardware issues to maintain peak tool performance
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports documenting installation and service activities
- Provide technical support to local and overseas customers to resolve product-related issues promptly
- Travel internationally (up to 3 months) to support overseas installation and service projects
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or higher in mechanical engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor fabs handling equipment/tool installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of MFC, valve, and PLC hardware
- Experience with AMHS systems such as OHT/Stocker and fab automation
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in teams and perform under pressure
