The posting

MEP Site Supervisor

Responsible for:

- Supervise and monitor all site works to ensure works are complied with the project requirements

- Liaize and coordinate with main contractor, other trade contractors and subcontractors to resolve site conflict and work procedure

- To carry out inspections with consultant, client and any statutory representative

- Ensure the site progress are met with the master program and to report to the project manager from time to time any site matter related to progress

- Assist the project team in logistic handling and stock keeping of the delivered material

- Preparation and production of the detail installation method and the as-fitted drawing

- Good computer Software Skill (MS Office, Adobe, CAD, etc)

- Good communication skill

Requirement:

- Certificate or above in Building Services Engineering

- 5 years relevant experience on MEP site works
