- Provide administrative support to the Merchandising Leader on day-to-day merchandising tasks.
Pricing & System Set-Up

- Track updates received from the Global Brand and log what remains outstanding.
- Alert the Brand Managers to outstanding items so that follow-up can be made in a timely manner.
Opening Allocation & Transfers
- Administratively track the opening allocation to the store.
- Prepare the transfer orders relevant to the plan-to-space.

- Retail, merchandising or supply chain exposure is helpful but not essential. Experience with an ERP system (Odoo or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a habit of double-checking own work.
- Organised and dependable, able to maintain trackers and follow up without being chased.
- Good written communication skills and willingness to flag issues early.
- Able to commit to a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, for the full 2-month contract period.
