The posting

  • Assist Production Supervisors for the daily production activities.
  • Troubleshooting and adjustment of machine parameter within tolerance set in master, automations and production equipment to meet the product print.
  • To perform mold set- up, start up, checklist and samples submission
  • Perform a well maintain of area cleanliness, documents, wiring/hose arrangement after mold set up or down mold.
  • Perform daily mold cleaning andmaintain machine cleanliness
  • Daily check for molding parameter,mold/melt temperature according to the Process Parameter Check sheet
  • Carry out production partstroubleshooting according to the In-process Inspection non-conformance
  • Record of machines spare parts withproper identification and inventory control
  • Mold clamping setting and visioncamera setting for Mold Protection.
  • Records of daily preventivemaintenance check sheet
  • Support Maintenance Section to carryout machine PM program and repair job
  • Assist in new project/testing if required.
  • Ensure that all machines safety devices (cover, curtain sensor etc) are in good working condition.
  • Any other duties as and when assigned.
  • Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives.

Requirements:

  • NITEC/NTC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding, manufacturing, automation, or quality inspection is preferred.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings with knowledge of GD&T.
  • Experience with quality measuring equipment and inspection methodologies.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
