The posting
We’re looking for the next generation of Motion Graphic Designers.
Not just people who can animate.
We’re looking for emerging creatives with a strong eye for design, storytelling and visual ideas — people who understand that great motion work starts with a concept, not a plugin.
You might come from motion design, graphic design, animation, film, VFX or a mix of all of them. What matters most is your creative instinct, your ability to tell a story visually, and your willingness to keep learning.
And increasingly, that means embracing AI as part of the creative process.
We’re interested in people who are curious about how tools like generative AI, image generation, video generation and new creative workflows can sit alongside traditional design and motion skills — not replace them.
What we’re looking for
- A strong foundation in graphic design and visual communication
- A good sense of storytelling, pacing and composition
- Experience with motion graphics and animation
- Confidence working with tools such as After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Curiosity about AI-powered creative tools and workflows
- The ability to experiment, learn quickly and turn ideas into polished work
- A portfolio that shows us how you think, not just what software you know
You don’t need to know every AI tool already.
You do need to be excited about where the industry is going and willing to explore new ways of creating.
At editlounge, you’ll work across broadcast, branded content, digital and emerging formats, alongside experienced creatives who care about ideas, craft and storytelling.
If you’re an up-and-coming motion designer who wants to grow at the intersection of design, storytelling, motion and AI, we’d love to see your work.
