📢 Multimedia & Audio Visual Instructor

  • 💰 Salary: $3,500/month
  • 📅 Contract Duration: 1 year
  • 🗓️ Contract Period: January 2027 – December 2027
  • ⏰ Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:30pm Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm (Includes a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Saturday: One Saturday per year for the School Open House, with an off-in-lieu on the following working day.
  • No service required on other Saturdays, Sundays or gazetted public holidays.

🎓 Job Requirements

  • Diploma in IT or related field with 3 years’ relevant experience; equivalent expertise may be considered.
  • Good English communication and training skills.
  • Experience developing training programmes and learning materials.
  • Familiar with Windows, Android, iOS, Chromebooks and iPads.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva, Kami and WeVideo.
  • Knowledge of Scratch, MakeCode or coding tools; micro is an advantage.
  • Skilled in photography, videography and multimedia editing.
  • Experience managing Google Sites and digital content.
  • Able to set up and troubleshoot AV equipment.
  • Good collaboration skills with teachers, school staff and ICT teams.

📋 Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct ICT training for students and staff on digital tools, creative software and coding.
  • Develop lesson plans, learning materials and hands-on activities.
  • Conduct photography, videography and multimedia workshops.
  • Photograph and film school events, edit content and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain and update Google Sites and digital content.
  • Support teachers and ICT teams in digital learning and school projects.
  • Set up and troubleshoot AV equipment.
  • Perform other ICT-related duties as assigned.
