Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Hospitality: Deliver a high-standard, welcoming experience for all patrons.
  • Leadership: Lead briefings and service teams; step in for management when needed.
  • Service Excellence: Greet guests, assist with self-ordering kiosks, and ensure quality standards.
  • Conflict Resolution: Manage on-the-floor escalations and customer feedback.
  • Operations: Maintain inventory, manage supply orders, and ensure shop cleanliness/safety.
  • Station Versatility: Manage rotating duties across the kitchen and front counter.
  • Culinary Support: Handle basic food preparation tasks, operate deep fryers, water boilers, and induction cooktops.
  • Environment Maintenance: Execute daily housekeeping and sanitation routines.
  • Standard Compliance: Strictly follow Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) guidelines.
  • Operational Flexibility: Support the team with various tasks as requested by management.
