🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide basic computer hardware and Windows troubleshooting support.
  • Assist with basic networking activities, including IP addressing, LAN, Wi-Fi, switches and routers.
  • Support basic server and end-user related issues.
  • Assist with installation, setup and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
  • Provide general IT support and technical coordination as required.
  • Attend on-site support activities when required.

💻 Technical Skills & Knowledge

Candidates should have basic knowledge of:

  • Computer hardware and Windows troubleshooting
  • IP addressing and basic networking concepts
  • LAN and Wi-Fi networks
  • Network switches and routers
  • Basic server and end-user support
  • IT equipment installation and troubleshooting

⭐ Good to Have

Knowledge or exposure to the following will be an added advantage:

  • Firewalls
  • CCTV systems
  • Access control systems
  • Microsoft 365
  • Windows Server

👤 Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Willing to learn and develop technical skills
  • Able to understand and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Interested in networking and IT infrastructure
  • Hands-on and comfortable with site-based work when required
  • Responsible and able to follow instructions
  • Positive, proactive and eager to grow professionally

🎓 Experience & Qualifications

  • Relevant IT Support, Infrastructure or Networking experience is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates and junior candidates with good technical fundamentals and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
  • Candidates should have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
