Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning, design, and implementation of network infrastructure.
  • Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems and equipment.
  • Support the operation and maintenance of large-scale production network environments.
  • Maintain network documentation, procedures, policies, and service records.
  • Conduct testing and validation of network equipment and solutions.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure infrastructure remains reliable, secure, and compliant with relevant requirements.
  • Provide technical support for network implementation and infrastructure projects.
  • Analyse network traffic and capacity requirements, and recommend improvements to enhance network performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Networking, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise networking products such as Cisco, Arista, Huawei, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with network security technologies and enterprise firewall solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, routing, switching, security, and related networking technologies.
  • Basic scripting knowledge, preferably in Python, would be an advantage.
  • CCNP, HCIP, or equivalent professional certification is required.
  • Willing to provide occasional on-call support when required.
