Job Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network and infrastructure systems
  • Conduct troubleshooting, testing, inspections, repairs, and system restoration
  • Respond to system faults and minimize service downtime
  • Prepare maintenance records and service reports
  • Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Follow all required safety, security, and maintenance procedures
  • Participate in after-hours standby duties according to roster

Requirements

  • Diploma / Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, or infrastructure operations is an advantage
  • Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work on-site and undertake standby duties
