The posting

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the SFTS migration, including assisting with the final stages of the project and related activities.
  • Manage Velocity client and user maintenance, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Review and approve Domain Attestations in line with established processes and controls.
  • Manage Pulse RTC requests, with particular focus on GTC-related requests.
  • Maintain and update Click reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Manage the prioritisation and coordination of FIX onboarding requests, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and manage the Velocity Issues List, tracking outstanding issues through to resolution.
  • Support the delivery of special projects and technology initiatives, including activities such as key replacements within SFTS.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth electronic client connectivity and onboarding.
  • Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience

· Experience with FX Middle or Back office will be an added advantage

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
