The posting

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end delivery of digital loyalty and card-linked offer solutions across Asia-Pacific markets.

· Design client solutions, gather business requirements, and support product enhancements and platform development.

· Lead project implementation, including onboarding, testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-launch monitoring.

· Oversee loyalty platform operations, campaign configuration, merchant onboarding, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

· Coordinate with clients, regional teams, product, technology, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.

· Support API integrations, technical solutioning, platform documentation, and client reporting and analytics.

· Manage project timelines, risks, vendor deliverables, contracts, and compliance requirements.

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
