Working Hours:

Stagger between weekdays/weekends, see which days they can work, min 3 days a week, must be flexible to work weekdays and weekends

- 7am to 1pm / 5pm to 9pm

- Mon to Fri - $15/hr (No CPF)

- Sat / Sun / PH - $18/hr (No CPF)

Job Scope:

Perform financial counseling, which includes an explanation of bill estimations and usage of Medishield Life/Medisave/private medical insurance claims.

Administer Pre-Admission, Admission and Discharge of patients such that patients’ information is accurately captured in the system and patients understand the process and bills.

Handle patient admissions, pre-admissions, and discharges; process bills, deposits, and insurance claims; perform financial counseling regarding MediShield Life, MediSave, and private insurance.
