The posting

Network Operations & Project Coordinator, support data centre network operations while driving project execution and coordination activities. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on exposure to network monitoring, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Take ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution through completion and follow-up. Coordinate project schedules, resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and support data centre network operations and infrastructure activities.
  • Proactively identify issues, assess risks, and implement practical solutions to maintain project progress.
  • Analyze supply and demand data to support forecasting, resource planning, and operational decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Track action items and follow through to ensure accountability and completion of deliverables.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
  • Support network troubleshooting activities and assist in maintaining service reliability.

Required skills/experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Data Centre Network Operations, Monitoring, or Infrastructure Support.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and related networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data mapping, reporting, and dashboard creation.
