The posting

The Write Connection (TWC) is looking for a short-term contract Operations Admin Assistant from October to December 2026.

In this role, you’ll support our team with the planning and coordination of our holiday programmes and staff deployment, as well as general administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administrative and operational arrangements for TWC’s holiday programmes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide administrative support for the holiday programmes
  • Assist with deployment arrangements for teachers and staff across our centres
  • Coordinate schedules and deployment information
  • Maintain and update records using TWC’s internal systems and platforms
  • Support administrative and operational coordination
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment arrangements
  • Assist with other HQ projects and administrative duties as assigned

Work Period:

From October–December 2026 period.

  • Weekdays: 9.30am to 6.30pm or 10.30am to 7.30pm, inclusive of a one-hour meal break
  • Weekends: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of a one-hour meal break
  • Minimum commitment: 4 days per week, including at least one weekend
  • Work schedule will be arranged based on pre-plan schedule and operational requirements
  • Work Location: TWC HQ (Bukit Timah, conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk from the MRT station)

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum ITE qualification
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable using a MacBook.
  • Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior administrative or operations experience is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates from ITE, Polytechnic, or University and students awaiting results are welcome to apply
