The posting
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation in accordance with company policies and requirements.
- Plan and coordinate manpower allocation and operational resources based on job requirements and schedules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for client requests, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective responses.
- Support managers in timesheet management and ensure accurate and timely submission of timesheets to HR.
- Process and manage Delivery Orders (DO), Sales Orders (SO), and Purchase Orders (PO) related to assigned jobs.
- Update, monitor, and maintain the team’s KPI tracker, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of performance data.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize ISO-related documentation and provide support during ISO audits.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare relevant materials, and provide logistical and administrative support as required.
- Assist with daily administrative and operational activities, including coordination and follow-up with relevant departments.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, coordination, or logistics roles.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience with ISO documentation or audit coordination will be an advantage.
