Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Shipment Operations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Manage customer orders and transportation bookings while ensuring compliance with routing requirements and service commitments.
  • Coordinate shipment execution and proactively monitor transportation activities from origin to destination.
  • Ensure smooth operational flow and timely fulfilment of customer requirements.

Customer Service & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Deliver prompt and professional support to customers regarding shipment enquiries and operational requests.
  • Manage supply chain disruptions, shipment exceptions, and urgent operational issues efficiently.
  • Escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders and drive timely resolutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and service excellence.

Shipment Visibility & Exception Management

  • Monitor shipment milestones and ensure accurate tracking updates are maintained across the supply chain.
  • Follow up with carriers and suppliers on missing shipment events and data discrepancies.
  • Ensure customers receive timely status updates and complete shipment visibility.

Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Support preparation of operational reports, customer reviews, and business performance presentations.
  • Analyse logistics KPIs and identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

  • Support the onboarding of new logistics partners and suppliers.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance requirements, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Who We're Looking For

✔ Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or related disciplines

✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, 3PL, or supply chain operations preferred

✔ Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

✔ Highly organised, dependable, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

✔ Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

✔ Comfortable supporting critical shipments outside business hours when required
