Operations Director

Qihang Manufacturing Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the company’s manufacturing operations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and production activities.

• Develop and implement production planning strategies to ensure operational efficiency.

• Manage procurement planning and supplier relationships.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient material availability for production.

• Establish and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Lead quality control initiatives and continuous process improvement projects.

• Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.

• Coordinate production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.

• Analyse operational performance and recommend improvements to management.

• Support strategic planning and operational growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations or production management.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, procurement and inventory management.

• Experience in supplier management and production planning.

• Proven ability to implement operational improvements and process optimisation.

• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
