Tyres Online SG Pte Ltd is a leading automotive e-commerce and distribution platform in Singapore, specializing in top-tier tyre brands, premium batteries, and custom alloy wheels. We pride ourselves on seamless digital ordering, rapid fulfilment, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Operations Executive to drive our daily fulfillment operations, coordinate logistics with our fitment centres, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end processing of e-commerce tyre and automotive product orders from our webstore to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
  • Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to customer enquiries and support requests in a prompt and timely manner to ensure a smooth purchasing and after-sales experience.
  • Fitment Centre Management: Coordinate closely with our workshop at Kaki Bukit and partner fitment centres to manage daily appointment schedules, inventory readiness, and seamless installation handovers.
  • Inventory & Stock Tracking: Monitor stock levels, coordinate incoming shipments, and ensure accurate inventory records across warehouses and distribution channels.
  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, delivery schedules, and fitment appointments, ensuring prompt and professional issue resolution.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain or delivery workflows and assist management in implementing efficiency improvements to maintain our 5-year store warranty and service standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, or the automotive/tyre industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheet software (Google Sheets / Excel) and inventory management tools.
  • Able to adapt well to a 7-day operational ecosystem.
