Job Summary

You will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless coordination between sales, production, warehouse, installation teams, and management, driving accurate, efficient, and timely completion of customer orders and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production, installation, delivery, manpower, and work scheduling to meet project deadlines and quality standards
  • Coordinate with sales, factory/production, and installation teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and clear communication of requirements
  • Plan and allocate manpower based on installation schedules, project demands, and operational priorities to optimize resource utilization
  • Monitor job progress and proactively resolve delays, installation issues, measurement discrepancies, and other operational challenges
  • Ensure accurate handover of orders from sales to operations with complete and clear information
  • Supervise operational staff to enforce company procedures, working hours, safety protocols, and management directives
  • Maintain discipline, productivity, and accountability within the operations team to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement practical SOPs and workflow improvements to minimize errors, delays, and unnecessary costs
  • Monitor inventory of materials, stock, equipment, and vehicles to support uninterrupted operations
  • Manage customer and site operational issues professionally and coordinate corrective actions promptly

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or supervisory roles, preferably in curtains, renovation, interior furnishing, construction, or related industries
  • Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing complex operational tasks
  • Ability to manage installers, workers, and diverse personalities firmly and professionally to maintain team cohesion
  • Hands-on approach to resolving day-to-day operational issues rather than solely delegating tasks
  • Effective communication and coordination skills to facilitate teamwork and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow through on issues to resolution
  • Adaptability to fast-changing priorities typical of SME or family-business environments
  • Basic computer proficiency including use of WhatsApp, Excel, and operational systems
  • Class 3 driving licence is an advantage but not essential
