  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers; obtain competitive quotations and ensure value for money.
  • Supervise contractors and monitor service levels, quality, timelines, and completion of works.
  • Manage procurement, stock, and lifecycle of facilities equipment, furniture, supplies, and other assets.

Safety & Compliance

  • Support workplace safety and ensure facilities, contractors, and works comply with relevant regulations and internal requirements.
  • Conduct safety checks and coordinate rectification works, emergency preparedness, and other compliance requirements.

Events & Operational Support

  • Support the Events Operations function, including event setup, venue readiness, facilities and logistics requirements, and post-event reinstatement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure facilities and operational requirements for events and club activities are delivered smoothly.
  • Provide after-hours support for events, maintenance, or urgent operational requirements when required.

AV & Music Management

  • Prior hands-on AV experience is required, with the ability to independently set up, operate, and provide basic troubleshooting for AV equipment used in events and club activities.
  • Support basic AV requirements including microphones, speakers, mixers, displays/projectors, presentations, and related event equipment.
  • Support the podcast room, ensuring equipment is functional and ready for use, and coordinate specialist support for more complex technical issues.
  • Manage the weekly band roster and music schedule, including coordination with performers and relevant equipment requirements.

Team Coordination & Supervision

  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day work of a team of two staff under your supervision, including task allocation, priorities, and team coverage.
  • Provide direction and support to ensure facilities, maintenance, AV, events, and operational responsibilities are completed effectively.
  • Monitor work standards and performance and address or escalate issues where necessary.

General

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
