Company Description

Presto Drycleaners Pte Ltd is a trusted laundry service provider dedicated to delivering quality garment care and excellent customer service. We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Operations Supervisor to join our team and oversee our Quality Control (QC) station and daily laundry production.

Job Description

1. Quality Control (QC)

  • Lead the QC station and ensure garments are properly inspected before packing or delivery.
  • Check for stains, damage, missing buttons, wrinkles, and other defects.
  • Arrange for re-cleaning or re-pressing when necessary.
  • Ensure garments are handled carefully to prevent loss, damage, and mix-ups.
  • Maintain QC records and help improve garment quality.

2. Daily Production Operations

  • Coordinate workers in laundry, drycleaning, pressing, inspection, and packing.
  • Monitor work quality and production progress to meet daily deadlines.
  • Assist with hands-on production work when needed.
  • Identify production issues and suggest practical improvements.

3. Team Supervision and Training

  • Guide and train workers on QC standards, work procedures, and safety practices.
  • Help workers improve their inspection skills and work quality.
  • Encourage teamwork and maintain smooth daily operations.

4. Workplace Standards

  • Follow company SOPs and QC checklists.
  • Keep the QC station and production area clean, organised, and safe.
  • Report quality issues and help reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in laundry, drycleaning, or a similar production environment is preferred.
  • Supervisory or QC experience is an advantage.
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Able to guide workers and work well as part of a team.
  • Hands-on, responsible, and hardworking attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to follow work procedures.
  • Comfortable working in a factory environment and standing for extended periods.

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
