The posting

We are looking for a responsible Operations Supervisor to manage cleaning and landscaping operations, supervise site teams and coordinate manpower, logistics and supplies across multiple client sites in Singapore.

The Operations Supervisor will prepare work schedules, allocate daily duties, plan staff deployment and monitor attendance to ensure adequate coverage at each site. The role requires travelling between assigned sites to conduct daily inspections, monitor service standards and ensure that work meets client requirements. Occasional evening or night site visits will be required to supervise workers carrying out overtime duties, check work quality and ensure workplace safety.

The successful candidate should be knowledgeable in cleaning and landscaping methods, equipment use and workplace safety. Responsibilities include conducting staff training and regular toolbox meetings, guiding teams on work procedures, and planning and coordinating periodic cleaning and landscaping activities.

The role also involves monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, consumables, tools and equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The supervisor will coordinate deliveries and distribution to client sites, liaise with suppliers regarding quotations and orders, and arrange equipment maintenance and repairs.

The Operations Supervisor will meet with clients and service buyers to obtain feedback, address concerns and resolve operational issues in coordination with management. The supervisor will also prepare site inspection reports and maintain records of staff deployment, training, inventory and follow-up actions.
