✅ Key Responsibilities

🥦 1. Sorting & Quality Control

- Inspect incoming fresh produce (vegetables, fruits, herbs) for freshness, ripeness, damage, bruises, pests, or decay

- Sort items by size, grade, quality, and type; remove and discard or separate unsellable items properly

- Use appropriate packaging materials (trays, bags, boxes, wraps) to keep produce fresh and protected

- Pack according to order lists, picking slips, or daily requirements; keep packed areas tidy and organized

- Prevent bruising, crushing, or over-packing of delicate items (e.g. berries, tomatoes, leafy greens)

🏷️ 3. Labeling & Marking

- Apply correct labels with product name, weight, price, PLU code, and packing/expiry date

- Ensure labels are clear, legible, and securely attached; no mismatches between product and label

- Follow price updates and labeling instructions from supervisor

📦 4. Stock Management & Rotation

- Organize packed goods neatly in designated storage areas, shelves, or delivery trolleys

- Report low stock levels, shortages, or slow-moving items to supervisor

- Assist with receiving and checking incoming deliveries: count, verify quantity and quality against invoices

🧼 5. Hygiene, Safety & Cleanliness

- Dispose of waste, trimmings, and spoiled produce in proper bins; keep work area dry and free of hazards

- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations

- Hygiene-conscious; able to follow food safety and cleanliness standards

- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and peak seasons

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
