Job Summary

Provide emergency medical care and assistance to patients while ensuring ambulance equipment is maintained and ready for use.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver emergency medical care to patients to stabilize their condition during transport
  • Operate and maintain ambulance equipment to ensure functionality and safety for patient care
  • Collaborate with team members to provide timely and effective patient assistance during emergencies
  • Document patient care and equipment status accurately to support medical and operational records

Required competencies and certifications

  • Hold a valid Paramedic certification to perform emergency medical duties
  • Possess valid BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Immediate availability to start work to meet urgent staffing needs

Other Information

  • $100 for Public Holiday duty
  • Overtime pay: $20 per hour
