Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Financial Services
  • Position Title: Part-Time Admin Officer
  • Working Location: Raffles Place (Remote)
  • Working Hours: 1 day per week (8 working hours per day)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,000
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and update job descriptions, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Support payroll processing, staff claims, reimbursements, and government-related filings.
  • Handle general office administration, including office supplies, bookings, events, and meetings.
  • Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
  • Assist with monthly management accounts and coordinate with external service providers on statutory filings and compliance documents.
  • Support trading record reconciliation and prepare P&L and performance reports.
  • Prepare trading reports using Excel and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with operational, compliance, and reporting tasks.

  • Minimum Diploma qualification or above.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in Singapore.
  • Experience in Banking, Finance, or accounting environments is preferred.
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment.
