Job Summary

You will accurately process customer purchases and payments, handle enquiries and promotions, maintain the cashier area, assist with packing, and support general retail duties to ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer purchases and payments using POS systems to ensure efficient checkout
  • Respond to basic customer enquiries and manage membership and promotional matters to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area to support a safe and welcoming environment
  • Assist with packing purchased items to facilitate smooth customer service
  • Support general retail duties as needed to contribute to overall store operations
  • Work retail hours including weekends and public holidays to meet business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in cashier or retail roles preferred but not required; training will be provided

Other Information

  • Location: Far East FloraCentre, Clementi
  • Rate: $13/hour (Weekday), $14/hour (Weekend)
