Hisential is a premium, hospitality-led healthcare business dedicated to providing personalised healthcare experiences. We are looking for friendly, responsible and service-oriented individuals to join our clinic team on a part-time basis.

Job Responsibilities

* Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional clinic experience.

* Assist with client check-ins and appointment coordination.

* Prepare consultation rooms and assist doctors with basic clinical support.

* Maintain accurate client records and appointment notes.

* Ensure the clinic is clean, organised and presentable.

* Support daily clinic operations and work closely with the doctors and Client Relations team.

Requirements:

* Experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare or front-desk roles is an advantage.

* Friendly, approachable and professional personality.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Responsible, organised and attentive to detail.

* Able to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

* Available to work on a flexible part-time roster, including weekends where required.
