Build Practical Experience in Property Operations
We are looking for a practical, responsible and proactive Part-Time Property Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys a mix of office and on-site work and is comfortable dealing with tenants, contractors, maintenance matters and property inspections.
You will work approximately 3 days per week and support the team in keeping our properties well maintained, operational and ready for tenants.
This is a genuine part-time role with a reduced workload. You will not be expected to carry a full-time workload within three working days.
Fresh graduates, career switchers and candidates returning to the workforce are welcome to apply.
What You Will Be Doing
Property & Tenant Operations
You will support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties and tenants.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Responding to tenant enquiries and operational requests during your working days.
- Following up on maintenance and property-related matters.
- Coordinating appointments with tenants, contractors and vendors.
- Conducting scheduled property inspections.
- Assisting with move-in and move-out inspections.
- Handling key handovers and unit readiness.
- Following up on outstanding property matters.
- Assisting with simple administrative matters relating to utilities, service contracts, quotations and vendor invoices.
Property Inspections & First-Line Troubleshooting
You should be practical and willing to inspect a problem before deciding on the next course of action.
You may be required to:
- Visit properties to inspect reported issues.
- Carry out preliminary troubleshooting.
- Identify the likely cause of simple property or maintenance problems.
- Determine whether the issue can be resolved internally or requires a professional contractor.
- Carry out simple adjustments or minor practical fixes where appropriate.
- Identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems.
You are not expected to replace professional contractors.
Specialised electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, renovation and major repair works will be handled by the appropriate professionals.
However, you should be comfortable inspecting the issue, understanding what is happening and taking practical first-line action when appropriate.
Contractor & Maintenance Coordination
You will assist with the coordination of contractors and vendors for maintenance, repairs and improvement works.
This may include:
- Contacting contractors and vendors.
- Arranging site visits and appointments.
- Obtaining quotations.
- Comparing prices and proposed scopes of work.
- Coordinating repair and maintenance schedules.
- Supervising or checking works where required.
- Following up on incomplete works or defects.
- Confirming that works have been completed properly.
Renovation & Property Improvement Support
From time to time, you may also assist with renovation or property improvement works.
You may support the team by:
- Coordinating contractor access.
- Monitoring project progress.
- Checking completed works.
- Assisting with quotations and cost comparison.
- Following up on outstanding renovation items.
- Preparing units for leasing or handover.
This gives you exposure to how properties are maintained and improved from an owner's perspective.
Working Arrangement
This is a 3-day-per-week part-time position.
Typical working arrangement:
Approximately 24 hours per week
Working days may be mutually agreed depending on operational requirements.
Some flexibility in scheduling maybe available, but the role requires physical attendance for:
- Property inspections
- Tenant appointments
- Contractor meetings
- Move-in / move-out inspections
- Maintenance and repair follow-ups
Administrative work may be performed from the office or other agreed locations depending on the task.
You will only be expected to respond to routine matters during your agreed working days, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

You should be:
- Responsible and dependable.

- Comfortable communicating with tenants, contractors and vendors.
- Practical and willing to inspect issues personally.
- Organised and able to manage several follow-ups.
- Comfortable travelling between different properties in Singapore.
- Comfortable with a mix of office and on-site work.
