Job Summary

You will engage customers by answering product inquiries and assisting with purchases, maintain merchandise displays, handle stock and packing tasks, and support daily pop-up retail operations.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers by responding to product inquiries and assisting with purchases to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Replenish and organize merchandise displays to maintain an attractive retail environment
  • Handle stock by packing and managing inventory to ensure smooth retail operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness through general housekeeping tasks
  • Support daily pop-up retail operations to facilitate efficient sales activities
  • Work retail hours including weekends and public holidays to meet operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrate a friendly and service-oriented attitude to create positive customer interactions
  • Maintain physical fitness to perform hands-on retail tasks effectively
  • Retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Other Information

  • Location: IKEA @ Alexandra / Tampines
  • Rate: $13/hour (Weekday), $14/hour (Weekend)
