About the role You'll be the face of our showroom: welcoming homeowners and interior designers, understanding what they want for their space, and recommending lighting setups that suit the mood and design theme. You'll prepare proposals, follow up with leads, and build a base of repeat clients and referrals over time. You'll also work with our marketing team on lead generation, social content, and the occasional showroom event or workshop.

What we're looking for

  • You love sales: the conversation, the follow-up, and the satisfaction of closing.
  • You advise with honesty and integrity. You'd rather recommend the right setup than the most expensive one, because happy clients refer their friends.
  • You're service-oriented and patient with people who are still figuring out what they want.
  • You're self-driven and motivated by targets and commission.
  • You're reliable and responsive. Many clients enquire in the evenings, so we ask that you reply to messages after hours (for example, by 10pm).
  • Sales experience is preferred. Lighting or interior knowledge is a bonus, and we'll train you on the rest.
  • You're comfortable with WhatsApp, a CRM, and basic digital tools.

Schedule (you choose)

  • 3-4 days a week, including 2 weekend days
  • Weekdays: 5-6 hours | Weekends: 6-8 hours
  • Based at our Singapore showroom

What you'll earn

  • Base: S$1,000-1,500 per month
  • Commission: our top performers earn S$2,000-3,500 per month on top of base. Your actual earnings depend on your results.
