Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Take orders and handle cashiering duties
  • Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes and standards
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning
  • Monitor ingredients and replenish supplies when necessary
  • Follow proper food handling and hygiene procedures
  • Ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet
  • Assist with stock checking and inventory management
  • Perform daily opening and closing duties
  • Support daily outlet operations and work closely with the team
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Friendly and customer-oriented
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Prior F&B experience is an advantage but not required
  • Training will be provided
