The posting

Never taught before? Good, we'll teach you.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Afternoons only during school term.

- A 1:12 ratio. Twelve children in your care, not twenty.

- Paid training. We teach you everything about the role.

- A genuine route to full-time as a Teaching Associate, if you want it later.

- $12 to $15 an hour, depending on experience. For a five-day week at 5 to 6 hours a day, that works out to roughly $1,300 to $1,950 a month.

THIS SUITS YOU IF YOU ARE

- An undergraduate or recent graduate with afternoons free.

- Someone whose mornings are already committed, study, caregiving, or another job, and who wants steady afternoon work.

- Semi-retired, or returning to work, and looking for meaningful hours without a full week.

- Testing a move into education before committing to it full-time.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Supervise students through their daily routine: meal times, homework supervision, academic learning and recreational activities.

- Provide care, guidance and support to primary school children outside school hours.

- Assist the main teacher with classroom management.

- Help organise and deliver our holistic programmes, both indoor and outdoor.

- Create a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment for students.

- Accompany children on the school bus and see them home safely after school.

- Other ad hoc duties as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED

- Minimum GCE 'A' Level, Nitec or Diploma, any discipline. Undergraduates welcome to apply.

- Able to coach primary school subjects adequately.

- Strong communication skills.

- A genuine interest in guiding and nurturing children.

- No prior experience in student care or teaching required, though it's an advantage if you have it.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
