Payroll & HR Executive (AI & Data Centre Infrastructure)

About the Company

Our client is a private equity-backed AI and data centre infrastructure business supporting the growing demand for AI and cloud computing. They are looking for a hands-on Payroll & HR Executive to take ownership of payroll and support regional HR operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Japan and Korea.

Job Scope

  • Manage end-to-end in-house payroll for Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Handle CPF submissions and other statutory payroll contributions and requirements.
  • Liaise with external payroll vendors for Japan and Korea, coordinating payroll inputs and reviewing outputs.
  • Check employee expense claims, obtain the necessary approvals and coordinate payment processing.
  • Support day-to-day HR administration and operations, including filing and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Manage Employment Pass and S Pass applications, renewals and related documentation.
  • Respond to employee queries on payroll and HR matters.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll for Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Good knowledge of CPF submissions, statutory payroll requirements and Singapore work pass processes.
  • Experience coordinating with overseas payroll vendors would be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Comfortable working independently within a lean team.
  • Candidates who are immediately available or have a short notice period would have an advantage.
