The posting

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable cybersecurity and network security solutions.
  • Plan, deploy, and execute POCs to demonstrate product capabilities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.
  • Configure and troubleshoot security products in customer environments.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to support customer engagements.
  • Prepare POC reports, technical documentation, and solution recommendations.
  • Address customer technical queries and provide post-POC support.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
  • Experience in presales, technical support, or implementation of cybersecurity or network security products.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, or other security solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with product demonstrations and POCs is preferred.
  • Good communication, presentation, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Relevant cybersecurity or networking certifications are an advantage.
