Location: Kaki Bukit
Salary: Up to $4300
Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support technical training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, training materials and communications.
- Handle training administration, including participant registration, record maintenance, filing and evaluation reports.
- Monitor training materials, inventory and stock levels.
- Support compliance audits and track certification validity and renewals.
- Coordinate training arrangements for subcontractors, including trainers, venues and materials.
- Manage issuance and collection of equipment QR tags for internal fitters.
- Liaise with stakeholders to support certification and training programmes.
- Maintain and update digital training materials on SharePoint and FieldWiki.
- Support Field Apprenticeship Programme and iQualify implementation.
- Consolidate stationery requests and raise purchase requisitions in SAP.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in training administration, learning & development coordination, technical operations support, or similar roles
- Prior experience supporting technical, engineering, or field workforce training is preferred
- Experience managing training logistics, scheduling, certification tracking, and audit preparation
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), ERP systems (e.g. SAP), and digital training platforms (e.g. iQualify)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint), PowerBI for reporting (intermediate)
