Job Description
- Conduct prompt and timely pest control inspections, treatments, and follow-up services at both indoor and outdoor sites in accordance with job specifications and service schedules.
- Carry out pest control services safely and effectively, following company procedures, applicable regulations, and site requirements.
- Identify pest activity and potential pest-related risks, and provide appropriate recommendations on pest-proofing, housekeeping, and preventive measures to clients.
- Maintain good customer service and professional relationships with clients while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Complete service reports and other required documentation accurately and promptly.
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, tools, and pest control materials in good and safe working condition.
- Work independently as well as effectively as part of a team.
- Travel to various locations island-wide to carry out scheduled pest control services.
- Company vehicle may be driven home after successful completion of the probation period; season parking is provided by the company.
- Perform other duties related to pest control operations as assigned.
Requirements / Skills
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
- Possess a valid NEA Pest Control Technician Licence.
- Prior pest control experience will be an advantage.
- Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate and write in English.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing outdoor work and pest control activities.
- Willing to travel island-wide for work assignments.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, or public holidays when required.
- Able to work in different environments, including residential, commercial, industrial, and outdoor areas.
- Good safety awareness and willingness to comply with workplace safety and operational procedures.
