Job Summary

Responsible for supporting warehouse fulfilment operations through accurate order picking, packing, labelling, and dispatch preparation while maintaining product accuracy, workplace organisation, and safe handling practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick products from designated storage locations according to order lists and fulfilment instructions.
  • Inspect items and verify product descriptions, quantities, and order details before packing to minimise errors.
  • Pack goods appropriately to protect products during storage and transportation.
  • Label and organise completed orders and prepare goods for dispatch in accordance with delivery requirements.
  • Safely lift, carry, and handle items weighing up to 15 kg, following established manual handling and workplace safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient packing area and return tools and materials to their designated locations.
  • Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or packing issues to the supervisor for follow-up.
  • Assist with other relevant warehouse and fulfilment activities as assigned.
