The posting

Key Purpose

Responsible for supply planning and inventory management to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and achieve service performance targets while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Planning & Inventory

  • Develop and execute supply and replenishment plans based on demand forecasts and inventory requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock shortages, excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
  • Review inventory health to achieve service level and working capital targets.

Supplier & Material Management

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure material availability.
  • Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks to prevent disruptions.

S&OP & Planning

  • Support S&OP and supply review meetings with inventory and supply insights.
  • Participate in scenario planning and risk assessments.
  • Align supply plans with operational capabilities and business needs.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Track supply chain KPIs and resolve supply-related issues.
  • Prepare planning reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Drive improvements in planning processes, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Production, Procurement, Order Management, Commercial, and Customer Service teams.
  • Coordinate supply activities to support customer fulfilment and delivery requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Order Management, Customer Fulfilment, or related supply chain functions.
  • Good understanding of inventory management and end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and planning tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong ownership mindset.
