The posting

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Plumbing Installation and Repair Supervisor to oversee plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, ensuring work is completed properly and safely, and also assisting with hands-on plumbing installation and repair work when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance works.
  • Carry out hands-on plumbing installation and repair work when required.
  • Inspect plumbing systems and identify faults, leaks, and other issues.
  • Ensure all plumbing works are completed according to required standards and safety procedures.
  • Manage and guide workers on-site and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Check materials, tools, and equipment required for plumbing works.
  • Coordinate with contractors, clients, and other site personnel when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing problems efficiently.
  • Ensure the work area is kept clean and safe.
  • Perform other plumbing-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in plumbing installation and repair work.
  • Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and repair techniques.
  • Must be willing to perform hands-on plumbing work, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to supervise workers and manage site work effectively.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends when required by the company or project.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
  • Relevant plumbing qualifications or certifications will be an advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position.
  • Weekend work may be required depending on project needs.
  • The position involves both supervisory duties and hands-on plumbing installation and repair work.
