About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Power PlatformEngineer to join our team and support the design, development,implementation, and maintenance of business solutions using Microsoft PowerPlatform.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365, with a strongunderstanding of business process automation and application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
- Build automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 to develop integrated solutions.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems and APIs.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Work closely with business users, project managers, functional consultants, and other technical teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, integration, and performance issues.
- Follow best practices for application security, governance, performance, and maintainability.
- Manage solution deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and solution specifications.
- Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
- Stay updated with new Microsoft Power Platform features and capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in application development, automation, or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse
- SharePoint Online
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
- Knowledge of Power Fx, JSON, and basic JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with application lifecycle management and Power Platform environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a project team.
Good to Have
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-500.
- Experience with Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Azure services and integrations.
- Knowledge of Power Platform CoE, governance, and security.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
