The posting

Key Responsibilities

  • Present the company's technical architecture and technology to customers
  • Maintain and manage the demo system for customer presentations
  • Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) on the company's products
  • Prepare responses to RFIs, RFPs, tenders and SOWs
  • Design solution architectures based on customer requirements
  • Perform technical fit/gap analysis and identify the key points in customer requirements
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners on technical matters
  • Research industry and technology trends to help improve and innovate solution offerings
  • Participate in and support exhibitions and webinars

Requirements

  • Recognised University Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field
  • Working knowledge of IAM concepts and technologies, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), SAML and OIDC
  • Experience with basic web/n-tier application solution design and cloud concepts
  • Strong interest in Information Security
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong analytical, interpersonal and writing skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Advantageous

  • Experience with IAM solutions such as ForgeRock, NetIQ, Okta or IBM SSO
  • Experience implementing or supporting IAM tools and processes
  • Experience completing RFIs and tender bid documentation
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISA
