1. Facility Engineering & Infrastructure Planning

Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for facility engineering, utility infrastructure, capacity planning, engineering design reviews, and future site readiness initiatives. Lead the development of engineering solutions that support manufacturing growth while ensuring system reliability, maintainability, operational efficiency, and alignment with long-term site expansion strategies.

2. Manufacturing Capacity Enablement & Facility Integration

Serve as the site technical authority for facilities enablement supporting manufacturing expansion, technology transfers, new product introductions, and capacity ramp initiatives. Lead cross-functional coordination and execution of complex facilities projects, ensuring infrastructure readiness, schedule adherence, operational continuity, and successful delivery of business-critical milestones.

3. Tool Installation, Relocation & Factory Integration

Provide technical leadership and governance for equipment installation, relocation, hook-up, cleanroom integration, factory reconfiguration, and manufacturing support activities. Develop installation strategies and execution plans that optimize cost, schedule, quality, and safety while minimizing production disruption and supporting evolving business requirements.

4. Capital Planning, Investment Strategy & Cost Optimization

Lead facilities capital planning, investment prioritization, project justification, and cost management activities. Drive value engineering, capacity optimization, and cost reduction initiatives to maximize return on investment while ensuring facilities infrastructure, utilities, and expansion projects effectively support current and future manufacturing demands.

5. Regulatory Compliance, Sustainability & Future Growth Planning

Provide technical leadership in regulatory compliance, permitting, authority engagement, and engineering governance. Partner with agencies including SCDF, BCA, NEA, PUB, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, permits, and approvals. Drive environmental sustainability initiatives in energy efficiency, emissions reduction, water recycling, and long-range capacity planning to support future site growth.

6. AI-Enabled Engineering & Digital Transformation

Lead the adoption and scaling of AI-Enabled engineering solutions, Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-Assisted workflows, advanced analytics, and automation technologies to enhance engineering productivity, improve capacity planning accuracy, accelerate decision-making, and optimize project execution. Champion digital trransformation initiatives that strengthen operational excellence, technical innovation, and future engineering capabilities.
