Step into the exclusive world of our private club’s luxury lounge, where high-end hospitality meets sophisticated sales. We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Service Consultant who thrives in a premium environment.

This is not a traditional waiting role. With a unique balance of 60% Sales and 40% Service, you will act as a trusted advisor to our elite clientele, guiding them through a curated journey of premium cigars, fine wines, and exceptional whiskeys. If you possess a sharp commercial instinct, a passion for luxury products, and the art of flawless service, this stage is yours.

What We Offer

  • Base Salary: $2,800 – $3,000 per month

Your Impact

The Art of the Sale

•Curate Experiences: Engage high-net-worth guests, quickly read their preferences, and introduce them to our exclusive collections.

•Drive Revenue: Build up product expertise across key product range including cigar, wine and whisky and drive sales.

•Maintain Value Relationships: Manage key accounts with acute knowledge of client preferences and cultivate high customer loyalty.

•Own the Relationship: Walk guests through their entire experience, from the initial warm welcome to the final transaction.

The Standard of Service

•Cigar Rituals: Assist with selection of cigar, wine and whisky selection with keen understanding of customer preference while being able to promote new product offers

•Liquid Luxury: Execute pristine beverage service, from decanting rare wines to serving artisanal whiskeys neat, on the rocks, or as tailored pours.

•Intuitive Hospitality: Deliver invisible, anticipatory service, reading the room to meet guest needs before they even ask.

•Lounge Aesthetics: Keep the lounge looking immaculate, ensuring displays and seating areas always meet 5-star standards.

Behind the Scenes

•Protect the Asset: Monitor the humidor and wine cellar conditions closely to protect product quality and investment.

•Visual Merchandising: Set up elegant displays that capture guest attention and naturally spark sales conversations.

Who You Are

Your Background

•Experience: You have spent at least 2 years working in a luxury lounge, private members' club, or fine dining establishment.

•The Expert: You possess a deep, working knowledge of global wine regions and premium cigar origins (Cuba, Dominican Republic).

•The Connoisseur: You are highly proficient in global whiskey categories, easily navigating Scotch, Japanese whiskies, and Bourbons.

•Credentials: A WSET Level 2+ or CMS Certified Sommelier qualification gives you a strong advantage.

•Sales-Driven: You possess strong commercial acumen and love the thrill of closing a high-value sale.

•Impeccable Style: Your communication is flawless, and your personal presentation naturally reflects a luxury standard.
