The posting

We are hiring Process Technicians / Process Engineering Technicians to support process, production and equipment-related work in a manufacturing environment.

This role is suitable for someone with technical training and interest in process improvement, manufacturing support and hands-on engineering work.

What you'll do:

  • Support production process and engineering activities
  • Assist with process checks, troubleshooting and issue follow-up
  • Work with equipment, tools and technical documentation
  • Monitor process performance and report abnormalities
  • Follow SOP, safety and quality standards

What we're looking for:

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical or related fields
  • Experience in manufacturing, process, equipment or production support will be useful
  • Comfortable with hands-on technical work
  • Able to follow process instructions and documentation
  • Comfortable with rotating shifts

Other details:

  • Training: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • After training: 4-day work week, 12-hour rotating shifts
  • Location: East / Tampines area
  • Salary: Up to $4,500 basic PLUS Day/Night shift allowances + Meal allowance + Transportation allowance
