Title: PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE (healthcare)

Schedule: 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Company: luxury nursing home

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Support: Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless procurement workflows while adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Documentation & Records: Maintain, organize, and file accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor details.
  • Order Processing: Handle purchase requisitions, communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, and track order statuses.
  • Inventory Management: Distribute consumables to households, maintain stock records, and conduct routine physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Vendor Management: Build relationships with external contractors, negotiate maintenance contracts, and liaise for quotes and terms.

Requirements:

  • Relevant educational background in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal communication skills.
