Role Purpose
Sunollo is a fast-growing residential solar company in Singapore looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the end-to-end ecosystem of technology, applications and digital tools that power our business.
The role will own both Sunollo-built products—including our customer, partner and operations applications—and third-party platforms such as CRM, calling, messaging and customer support tools.
This person will define what technology Sunollo needs, what we should build versus buy, how our products should evolve, and ensure that the overall technology ecosystem remains reliable, intuitive and scalable as the company grows.
Key Ownership Areas
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product vision and roadmap across Sunollo’s customer-facing and internal applications.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Decide what to build, improve, simplify or retire based on user impact and business value.
- Balance new feature development with technical improvements and platform stability.
Success looks like: A clear, prioritised roadmap with high-value features delivered consistently and strong adoption by users.
2. Technology Ecosystem & Build-vs-Buy Decisions
- Own the overall ecosystem of proprietary and third-party tools across Sales, Operations, Installation and Customer Experience.
- Evaluate whether existing platforms such as CRM, calling and messaging tools remain fit for purpose.
- Optimise configuration, workflows, integrations and automation across platforms.
- Lead decisions on whether Sunollo should build, buy, integrate or replace technology solutions.
Success looks like: A simple, integrated and cost-effective technology stack that supports business growth without unnecessary duplication or manual work.
3. Customer & User Experience
- Own the UI/UX and usability of Sunollo’s digital products.
- Gather insights from homeowners, sales teams, installers, operations and CX teams.
- Identify friction points and redesign workflows to make tools simpler and more intuitive.
- Continuously review whether existing features are still serving their intended purpose.
Success looks like: High user adoption and satisfaction, intuitive customer and employee journeys, and fewer pain points across key workflows.
4. Engineering Delivery & Platform Reliability
- Lead and prioritise the work of backend, full-stack and other engineering resources.
- Translate product priorities into executable development plans and releases.
- Ensure bugs, incidents and system issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
- Establish appropriate standards for uptime, testing, release quality and technical performance.
- Address recurring issues through permanent fixes rather than repeated workarounds.
Success looks like: Reliable platforms with high uptime, fast resolution of critical issues and predictable delivery from the engineering team.
5. Integration, Automation & Business Efficiency
- Understand end-to-end workflows across Sales, Operations, Installation and Customer Experience.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and eliminate manual handoffs.
- Improve data flow and integration between Sunollo’s different platforms.
- Use technology to increase speed, productivity and scalability across the organisation.
Success looks like: Reduced manual work, fewer process errors and measurable productivity improvements enabled by technology.
6. Innovation & Future Product Opportunities
- Stay ahead of developments in consumer technology, SaaS, AI and solar technology platforms.
- Identify new capabilities that could improve Sunollo’s customer or operating model.
- Explore opportunities to turn internally developed technology into products or revenue streams.
- Develop business cases for new digital products and technology investments.
Success looks like: Sunollo continuously adopts relevant new technology and builds differentiated digital capabilities that can create strategic or commercial advantage.
Candidate Profile

- Proven product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation capability.
- Experience working closely with and leading engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, customer journeys and user research.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM, integrations and workflow automation.
- Good technical understanding of APIs, system integrations and software development.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to make build-versus-buy decisions.
- Comfort operating in a fast-growing business where both the product and technology organisation are still evolving.
Experience in solar or renewable energy is advantageous but not required.
