Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across business, operations, risk, and automotive partners to streamline operational processes and enhance customer and employee journeys.
  • Ensure effective risk management and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, governance standards, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor automotive industry developments, partner offerings, and new product features to support successful implementation, strengthen business propositions, and achieve financial targets.
  • Plan, execute, and analyse auto loan campaigns to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen strategic partnerships.
  • Analyse business data, campaign results, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, improve business performance, increase customer advocacy, and enhance brand awareness. Job RequirementsRelevant experience in banking, financial services, auto financing, business analysis, product management, or loan operations. Good understanding of auto loan products, pricing, campaign management, and banking operations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data, evaluate campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities. Experience in stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams or external business partners.
