Product Manager

Location: Singapore Employment Type: Permanent Experience: 5+ years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery and strategy through launch and continuous improvement. The role also involves coaching client Product Managers and driving outcome-focused product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery, strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
  • Identify and validate key product assumptions through user research and experimentation.
  • Define OKRs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product priorities.
  • Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
  • Define go-to-market and product measurement strategies.
  • Analyse post-launch data and drive continuous product improvements.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor Product Managers through hands-on collaboration and guidance.
  • Drive alignment across business, technology, and client stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience across the full product lifecycle.
  • Proven experience leading product discovery, delivery, and post-launch optimisation.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, or outcome-based roadmaps.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring Product Managers/Product Owners.
  • Consultancy or client-facing experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with Singapore Government agencies or GovTech ecosystem (SHIP-HATS, SG Tech Stack, GeBIZ) is a plus.
